MW3 Latest Update Changes Recoil on Ak-47
The Ak-47 is a popular gun in the Call of Duty Series, along with Modern WareFare 3. The Current Update that Mw3 has went through put a few new patches on guns that were over powering or over-used through out the gameplay. The Common Gun that was known for being an Assault Rifle but Shoots like a Sub Machine Gun, (The Ak-47) has now been changed. The Ak-47 was also popular due to the fact that it didn`t have much recoil but now you can`t go without adding the perk Kick.
This Popular gun was dominating the gameplay, and letting players get the upper hand making killing enemies faster and easier without any difficulties. This Patch was trying to change predictable and reputation of this unique gun, and type of gameplay in Mw3.
MW3 Assault Rifles - Ak-47
Some of the players online have been making comments about the ridiculous amount of recoil on this gun now. Here`s a quote:
“Someone decided to make the ak-47 contian soooo much recoil that not even adding a kick and surpressor can tame the insanely uncontrollabe amounts of unnecessary recoil” - homelessfooser
They wanted the Ak-47 to look, feel and shoot like the gun in real life. The Ak-47 has a light feeling to it when handling it, along with a heavy amount of ammo which brings a slower shooting rate. The purpose of this patch was to make the gun be more realistic in all aspects. Also the company wants some of the players not to over power the gameplay and try to balance out the guns a little more. This gun also has a very clear iron sight, which is a plus for most gamers who don`t plan on using a Red Dot Sight.
AK-47 In Action
Most people`s favorite gun out of the call of duty series is now completely unless to others because they don`t want to risk their K/D ratio. Players felt that the Ak-47 was a great and powerful weapon, and “yes it was unfair at some times” but now “it`s becoming one of the worse guns used in Modern Warefare 3″. What they really should have patched were the FMG90`s Akimbo, these guns have been to powerful from the very start. Not only that but shot guns should have been affected by this Patch as well, the Striker and the average Shot Gun are both guns that players use to get an easy kill in Modern Warefare 3.
