Whats the best way to fight the sleep when you had a long day? Well, energy drinks are a great way to boost your levels and quickly. Even if the Energy Drink is on the soft side of things such as “Sugar Free”. I actually like the Sugar Free energy Drinks better for gaming nights because of the way it feels on my mind. Giving it a shock that is with stand-able, but not to much where I can`t focus.
We all know that Gamer`s are 60 percent focus and 40 percent heart, when having a drink or liquid that affects your concentration you need to be careful. When needing a pick me up, from the lack of sleep feeling you can use a Sugar Free Energy Drink to put you on track again. That is what I tend to do, specially when I am need of getting some good gaming time in.

A great alternative is coffee, but if you don`t like any type of coffees I recommend making yourself a Ice Cream shake or Ice Cream cone. Having a sweet, sugar Ice Cream Sunday will keep you awake for a great deal of time. And these day`s people can`t get enough of Ice Cream.
Even Cookies will work, the whole put of a Gaming Night snack is to have something that you enjoy. Also, something that will have a good amount of sugar so you can stay awake for longer. Cookies and even candy would work as well. There are so many alternatives to snacks on Game Night.
